Boing.Tv -

Bristol based Boing use our advanced website package to manage their hire fleet including keeping track of all of the maintenance tasks due on their units and all of their enquiries and bookings.  Since beginning to use our solution they've reduced the management time for their operation by more than half and love the reporting features which show which units are the most popular on their website and how much many potential, and actual bookings each unit is attracting, making the task of selecting which units to drop, or purchase a far easier one.

Obviously our own website which we get about 70% of our business through one way or another.  Approximately 40 of our customers last year booked (and paid!) without even talking to us, but we had only 2 instances out of hundreds of hires where the equipment wasn't suitable or couldn't be delivered due to access issues.
